Meaning Of Ganesha Chaturthi

Ganesha Chaturthi is one of the most popular festivals in Hindu tradition and is getting celebrated in many of the places with huge spirit by the devotees of Lord Ganesha. It has been considered that the manifestation of LordGanesha holds the rectified portion of the Advaita Vedanta. He is a distinct essence of the divine power (Parvati), which reminds us that we all individual may differ from each other in the form of size and shape but we all are one and the same.Ganesha is considered as a divine in a manifested form that guides us to identify our manifested form. It teaches us to avoid wrong notion of our separate existence in front of others. Its essence is just one in the form of formless spirit, which passes through all overturns the disparities. 

The celebration of Ganesh Chaturthi gives a massage to us that we should keep the formless reality of ourselves. After celebrating the festival for ten days continuously the devotes takes the idol of the deity to the nearest water bodies to idol’s submerge as it is considered as the place of Lord Ganesha with a belief that every year he will come to us with lots of good spirit and happiness.
