Divine Health Benefits Of Rudraksha


Rudraksha is one of the most scared and auspicious beads that carries various physical and spiritual healing in it. Due to its electromagnetic property, it has been getting used as a healing agent for various health disorders in many Ayurvedic medicines.

It has been observed that Rudraksha is very much beneficial in curing health issues related to blood disorders such as high cholesterol level in blood, hypertension, cardiovascular disorder etc. It also carries healing element for curing diseases like Asthma, Cancer, Diabetes, mental disorders or any kind of circulatory problems. It can be used both externally as well as internally as a healing element. The healing time reduces if you take it internally along with other herbal medicines.


It improves the blood circulation in the mental nerves and eyes while doing Japa or mantra chanting with the Rudraksha Mala, made up of 108 Rudraksha beads due to the acupressure caused by crossing each beads with middle finger and thumb. Simple Tips For First Time User Of Rudraksha Mala


It is very significant for the first time wearer of Rudraksha to keep some little points in their mind. Energization and sanctification is the most important and initial step of before wearing that mala of rudraksha beads to collect the positive energy through it. After this one can wear this mala made up of Rudraksha beads on an auspicious day after taking a bath in the morning. 
These are few simple tips to energies and sanctify mala of Rudraksha beads:

  • Monday is an ideal day to wear this mala, as it considered as a day of Lord Shiva.
  • While the procedure sit facing east, and keep the mala in front of you in a plate.
  • Light dhoop or oil lamp in front of it.
  • To wash the mala, you can use holy water or with un-boiled milk.
  • For the purification, chant mantra of Shiva “Om namah shivay’ for 108 times.
  • After that sprinkle sandal power or paste on it.
  • Before wearing it also take a blessing from the Lord Shiva.
  • You can also chant the specific mantras for different mukhis at least 9 times.
